Krabi is a seafront town in the south of Thailand. Jenny and I stopped there en route to Railey and visited the Tiger Cave monastery. Apparently there used to be a leopard living in the cave, so now it’s named Tiger Cave temple. Go figure.
Anyway, there is a climb of 1,237 steps to the top of the mountain where the monks built a shrine. On the way up the one thousand two hundred and thirty seven steps, besides jelly legs and heat stroke, you also have the chance to get attacked by wild monkey that roam the stairs. It’s actually quite fun.
Man, those look like 1,237 Not Kidding Around steps, too. Great pictures!
